Marketing Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking
to start a career in marketing whilst gaining valuable hands-on
experience within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating content for social media platforms, including
LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website. Help develop project case studies, news articles, and company
updates. Support the production of marketing materials, presentations,
brochures, and award submissions. Monitor and update website content to ensure information remains accurate and engaging. Capture and organise project photography, videos, and marketing
assets. Assist with marketing campaigns and internal communications. Support the organisation of company events, exhibitions, careers
fairs, and community engagement activities. Visiting live construction sites. Help track marketing performance and prepare basic reports on
campaign effectiveness. Maintain project information. Ensure all marketing activity reflects the company’s brand guidelines and values. Assisting with social value reporting and analysis.

Training:
The learner will be studying the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.

Training Outcome:

Starting as a marketing apprentice with career progression. We are
