Apprentice School Administrator
Greet visitors and answer calls.
Manage the general college inbox.
Update records on IT databases.
Manage attendance of learners.
Organise the Director's meeting diary.
Book prospective learner interviews.
Audit and maintain student files.
Prepare rooms for campus meetings.
Process student funding applications.
Update notice boards and socials.
Support employer engagement activities.
Training:
6 hours per week of off-the-job training.
Delivered in partnership with London South East College.
Training takes place directly at the workplace alongside scheduled sessions at college.
Training Outcome:
Upon completing your apprenticeship, you can advance into:
Senior Administrator roles. Business Development pathways. Management and leadership tracks.We provide further targeted training for these transitions.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5.00pm. Will work half Saturdays each month, 8:45am to 5.00pm.
