Property Manager Apprentice
About the role
Within this varied role, you will be responsible for visiting managed properties and carrying out pre and post move checks, undertaking inventories, arranging necessary works with contractors and ensuring properties are ready for new tenants.
Other duties include liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, instructing and managing repairs and maintenance, and working closely with our lettings team.
Full clean driving license is required, along with own car, as may be required for business use on occasions.
Training Outcome:
Full time position potentially available on completion of apprenticeship.
