Apprentice Surveyor

Undertake a period of training to acquire the skills to inspect properties for all kinds of maintenance works Work within various repair & investment teams and produce inspection reports and maintain accurate records of surveys Gain an understanding of and assist in the procurement of contracts Help prepare specifications and schedules Work with internal and external contractors Assist with ensuring that work conforms to specification & regulation Complete a weekly timesheet and other paperwork

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:

There is no guarantee of a permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship however opportunities and vacancies will arise which apprentices can apply for.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday - 8.30am to 5pm, Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm.
