Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice

Carry out all aspects of property maintenance Plumbing Plastering Decorating Tiling Joinery Electrical Garden maintenance

Training:

Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be
planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet
the individual needs of the apprentice.

The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job
activities and training.

On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the
workplace.

Training Outcome:

Potential permanent role with the option to choose a trade to
specialise in.

Employer Description:

Small, privately owned property maintenance company covering all
aspects of property maintenance. Fully Gas Safe registered.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm. Occasional Saturdays.
