Candidate support and communication
Responding to candidate queries by email, webchat and telephone with support from templates and guidance Providing a friendly, professional and helpful service throughout the recruitment process Supporting candidate engagement activity, including reminders, courtesy messages and follow-up communicationsRecruitment administration
Updating candidate records accurately in applicant tracking systems and internal tools Supporting candidate progression across application, assessment, interview and offer stages Following clear processes to help campaigns run smoothly and within agreed timescalesAssessment and event support
Helping with the coordination of virtual and in-person assessment activities Supporting communications before and after assessment events Learning how recruitment, assessment and selection processes work in practiceLearning, development and team support
Completing apprenticeship learning activities and applying this learning in your day-to-day work Working collaboratively with other Recruitment Co-ordinators, Campaign Co-ordinators, Campaign Executives and Client Partners Building confidence using Amberjack and client recruitment technologiesTraining:
The successful Apprentice will work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Standard qualification, studying with WBTC, Newbury. Training will be delivered one day a month in person at WBTC's centre in Newbury, alongside monthly remote 1-1 training and review meetings.
