Recruitment Apprentice

Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms Review and screen candidate CVs for suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment system Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team Develop an understanding of the engineering and defence recruitment landscape

Training:
Online teams lessons 2 team system, sector specialists who will deliver lessons and workshops (will be different teachers), 1 success coach to support progress, 1 to 1 guidance and work with employer to tailor learning (same success coach throughout apprenticeship) Course will be a full range of lessons and workshops available at different times and days, allowing you to be able to choose sessions that fit around your schedule 3 lessons a month on average 1.5 hour lessons

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Thursday and Friday WFH/ hybrid model.
