At Implants International, you'll learn how to finish and prepare highly precise medical implants to an exceptionally high standard. This is hands-on engineering where accuracy, patience and attention to detail really matter.

You'll be trained by experienced colleagues and develop specialist practical skills that you can build into a long-term career.

What will you actually be doing?

As a Fitter/Polisher Apprentice, you'll learn how to work with small, highly precise components and turn them into finished products ready for the next stage of production.

Your training will include:

What we're looking for:

You don't need years of engineering experience. We'll teach you the technical skills What matters is how you approach your work

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have a really good eye for detail Have good hand-eye coordination and enjoy practical, hands-on work Have good eyesight and can concentrate on small components Take pride in getting things right, rather than just getting them done Enjoy learning how things work and developing practical skills Are happy working with tools and equipment Are willing to listen, learn and take feedback Care about producing work to a very high standard

Why this isn't just another job:

This is an opportunity to learn a specialist engineering craft.

If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, likes seeing the difference your work makes and gets satisfaction from producing something properly, this could be the start of something exciting.
