Dental Nurse Apprentice

Key Responsibilities

Chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Ensuring patient care and comfort at all times Preparing and maintaining a clean, sterile clinical environment Sterilising and decontaminating instruments and equipment Mixing dental materials and assisting with charting Developing dental x-rays Managing stock and supplies within the surgery Performing reception and basic administrative tasks Strictly following cross-infection control and health and safety procedures

Training Outcome:

There are good career progression opportunities for example; Hygienist & Practice Management and many other industry professions for the right person.
