Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking
Due to the growth and success of this exciting company, we are looking for a professional German speaking Customer Service Assistant to join the busy team.
You will be providing first class customer service to support increased business demands.
The role is offered on a permanent basis on a hybrid working model, Monday to Friday.
This role would be ideal for highly experienced customer service/account manager who can juggle tasks, show resilience, learn quickly and proactively support this thriving business.
This busy role, therefore, the ability to work in a customer led environment is essential.
Key accountabilities of the Customer Service Assistant
Correctly recording and interpreting orders, taking account of any specific customer requirements
Proactively ensure customers are understood, communicated, and completed in a timely manner
Coordinate with pricing and sales to initial contract discussions with customer to allow orders to be processed right first time
Log customer queries and complaints, ensuring ownership from beginning to end
Experience and skills required for the Customer Service Assistant
Languages ideally German speaking
Proven customer service/account management experience
Highly numerate and literate with effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Problem solving skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Computer literate - the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel)
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Ability to show empathy to all customer requirements
Works to a high level of accuracy and pays high attention to detail
Work in a collaborative and support environment
The starting salary is circa £30,000.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, based on 2 days working from home and 3 days working in the office, lovely location, free onsite parking, pension, 25 days holiday, Christmas shut down and staff discounts.
