Business Development Manager – Passives & Discretes

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager – Passives & Discretes for a global distributor of electronic components and logistical services to manufacturers of electronic equipment who are based in the heart of Hertfordshire.

My client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Passives & Discretes to join their organisation who will have a good grounding in Passives & Discrete products within the electronic components distribution sector or an OEM, as well as with Manufacturers/Vendors.

You will be responsible for leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities of existing and new franchise partners focusing on passive components, discrete semiconductors and timing devices and optoelectronics lines within the Franchise division to existing and new customers.

Key skills and experience for Business Development Manager - Passives & Discretes job:

Field sales/account management experience
Experience with selling/promoting Passive & Discrete products
Demonstrable evidence of planning, developing and achieving sales growth within a segment
