An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Lincoln offices.

This role would suit either an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career with a progressive Lincolnshire law firm.

The role

Working in the Residential Property team, you will be working on your own caseload of high net worth transactions
Joining a well-established and strong-performing team, you will work closely with your team on business initiatives
You can also expect to be taking part in events to initiate recommendations and referral work

The ideal candidate

Ideally, you will have upwards of 2 years’ worth of experience from a Residential Property background
You must be able to identify new business opportunities and working to develop them efficiently
You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly
You must be competent with IT with excellent attention to detail
Aligning your approach to work with the firm’s positive ethos and client-care procedures
