Sacco Mann is instructed on an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Litigator to join a successful law firm in its Bradford offices.

This opportunity would suit a Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ experience in defending EL/PL claims.

The Role
- Managing your own caseload of defendant EL/PL matters, predominantly from a retail perspective - You will be responsible for these cases from the beginning of the litigation process all the way to trial - From time to time, you can expect to be handling pre-litigation matters - You will be required to provide recommendations to clients on liability and quantum - Joining the wider litigation team, you will work with excellent support and supervision and utilise the firm’s case management system - You will work by following the firm’s Money Laundering Regulations and procedures, ensuring that all complaints on conduct and professional services are passed onto appropriate colleagues
The ideal candidate
- You must have upwards of 3 years’ experience in handling EL/PL fast track claims - Previous experience of defending low value multi track claims would be highly advantageous - As you will be liaising with all walks of life, you must be results-driven and a confident communicator
