Maintenance Engineer Apprentice

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. Diagnose and repair faults to minimise production downtime. Maintain and repair bakery and food processing machinery. Work on packaging, weighing, coding, mixing and robotic equipment. Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently. Complete maintenance records and paperwork accurately. Support production teams with machinery issues and breakdowns. Assist with maintaining health and safety standards. Provide flexible cover across a two-shift system, including evenings and weekends when required.

Training Outcome:

Potential full-time role upon completion of apprenticeship.
