Support Worker – Kidderminster
Nurse Seekers are recruiting Support Workers to join a friendly supported living team in Kidderminster, supporting adults to live more independently and achieve the things that matter to them.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide person-centred support, promote independence and help the people you support live a meaningful life on their own terms.
What you’ll be doing
Providing high-quality, person-centred care and supportSupporting individuals with daily living, cooking, shopping and household tasksEncouraging independence, confidence and life skillsSupporting with medication and health appointments where requiredHelping individuals access activities, education, employment and the wider communityBuilding positive relationships with the people you support, their families and wider teamsMaintaining accurate records and following safeguarding, health & safety and care proceduresWhat we’re looking for
We’re looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic people who genuinely want to make a difference.
You’ll ideally have experience in care, supported living, learning disabilities or a similar setting, but a positive attitude, compassion and a willingness to learn are just as important.
