My client was established a little less than a decade ago, with their head office being in Milton Keynes.

They have expanded quickly and are going through a big recruitment drive at the moment focusing on their Residential Conveyancing department.

Joining the Milton Keynes office you would be working within a team of 5, heading up a mix of paralegals and fee earners.

You’d be tasked with running the team, growing and developing them, but also running a caseload of both sales and purchases freehold and leasehold properties.

The firm are looking for someone who has great experience within Residential Conveyancing, who could hit the ground running with a caseload from the offset.

A huge part of the role is people management so this is an essential requirement.

The firm are open to receiving applications from solicitors.
