Childcare Solicitor

A well-established firm with offices across the East Midlands has an opening for an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join the team in Lincoln.

Having been established in the region for over a century, the firm has a strong client base with much of the work coming through referrals and word of mouth.


Alongside a high-quality caseload, this firm also boasts a friendly and close-knit team and a great work / life balance with flexible working.

It is a role not to be missed for a Family Solicitor looking to establish a long-term career in a down-to-earth practice.

Our client is looking for a Childcare Solicitor with the following attributes:

At least 5 years' PQE in Public and Private Children Law and Domestic Abuse Cases
Experience handling the full range of matters, including advising guardians in public and private law cases and conducting court advocacy
Strong focus on client care
Membership of the Children Panel
People management experience
