Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice – Automotive Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service. Answering customer calls and emails with a helpful and professional approach. Managing customer bookings and arranging appointments. Communicating with customers throughout their vehicle service journey. Preparing quotes and supporting customers with pricing information. Updating customer details and vehicle information on internal systems. Supporting invoice processing and payment queries. Ordering vehicle parts and liaising with suppliers. Monitoring stock levels and supporting stock management. Managing returns and following company procedures. Keeping accurate records and ensuring information is up to date. Working closely with technicians and the wider team to support smooth operations. Following up with customers after visits to ensure excellent service. Developing knowledge of automotive services and customer care. Supporting the day-to-day running of the front-of-house service team.Training:
Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Business Administration.
