Property Marketing & Administration
Create and manage online property advertisements. Prepare and upload property details and descriptions. Edit, improve and upload property photographs. Upload Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and GDPR requirements. Maintain online property listings and office window displays.
Office & Customer Support
Provide general administrative support including scanning, filing, photocopying and document management. Accurately input and maintain data using company systems. Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional welcome both in person and over the telephone. Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages where required. Communicate professionally with vendors, landlords, applicants and other customers. Prepare marketing materials and property information packs. Produce comparable property reports and sales information. Promote available properties and company services. Match applicants with suitable properties. Arrange appointments, confirm viewings and gather customer feedback. Welcome customers to the office and provide a positive first impression. Manage diaries and maintain accurate key records.
Teamwork & Professional Development
Attend and contribute to team meetings. Work collaboratively with the Administration, Sales and Marketing teams. Support colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Follow company policies, procedures and best practice. Develop an understanding of the legislation and regulations affecting the property industry.Training:
You will be studying a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard over an 18-month period. This is a fully work-based programme - you will get allocated time to complete your apprenticeship work and also receive regular meetings with your training provider.
Training Outcome:
Potential full-time position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Andrew founded the company in 1990 and is still the Managing Director but now joined by his daughters and a family of incredibly enthusiastic and hugely skilled property professionals. Andrew worked across Gateshead and South Tyneside in the 70's and 80's, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978 and being elected as a fellow of the RICS shortly after. He set up the Company in 1990 and opened his first office in Gateshead before expanding across the North East, with branches in Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead and Newcastle Upon Tyne. We still remain in these areas today and we are proud to be known as one of the biggest and best Local Agent's in these communities.
Working Hours :
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm. Some occasional Saturday work which is 9am-1pm.
