ICT Apprentice

Providing first-line IT support to colleagues Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and other IT equipment Supporting users with hardware and software issues Installing and configuring software and applications Assisting with user accounts, passwords and access permissions Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues where required Supporting the maintenance of IT systems and equipment Helping to keep IT records and documentation up to date Supporting cyber security and data protection procedures Learning about networks, operating systems and cloud-based technologies
