Sous Chef - FM Service Provider - Witney - £17 per hour  

Exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to work for an established company situated in Witney. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Sous Chef and will be able to work Immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Ordering Menu planningOrganising FOH team & delegating Batch cooking & prep Maintaining service (Breakfast service starts 07:30-10:00, lunch 11:30-14:00). Hospitality Assisting  with deliveriesCovering nights service with pre booked holidays 18:00-02:00Covering weekend service with pre booked holidays 07:30-14:30 Reporting machine breakdowns (Lavazza coffee machines, kitchen equipment) Liaising with client
