Our client is a well established financial services organisation providing SaaS based platforms and solutions across custody and corporate trust services. Known for a collaborative, supportive and genuinely people first culture, they are evolving their product function into a more commercial, go to market capability and are investing in the right people to lead that shift.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded product professional to join a growing Product team, acting as the vital link between customers, sales and technology. Rather than sitting purely in requirements gathering or technical delivery, this role is about understanding client opportunities, building the commercial case for new initiatives and helping shape the future of the product offering. You will work closely with a Senior Manager, a Product Manager, fellow Senior Product Analysts and UX Designers, reporting directly into the Senior Manager of Product.

This is best suited to someone who wants to build a long term career in a commercial product role, rather than simply taking on another operational or technical position.

Key Accountabilities

Act as the connector between customers, sales and technology teams, translating business opportunities into product initiatives Partner closely with clients, prospective clients and internal stakeholders to understand emerging needs and opportunities Build business cases and assess the commercial viability of new product ideas and enhancements Conduct ROI analysis and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision making Support go to market planning for new products and platform enhancements Work alongside development teams to translate business requirements into strong product outcomes Take part in product demonstrations, client meetings and ongoing product strategy discussions

Ideal Experience

Background in financial products, ideally within custody, corporate trust, financial markets, banking, asset management or investment operations Strong client facing experience with the confidence and maturity to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how product delivery works in practice A naturally commercial mindset, comfortable building business cases and evaluating new opportunities Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the flexibility to work across customers, sales and development teams
