We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins of a thriving neighbourhood pub in the heart of Central London.

What you'll be doing:

Leading, developing and inspiring a passionate team.Driving sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences.Taking full ownership of the P&L and commercial performance.Creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.Working with a supportive senior leadership team to continue growing an already successful business.

We're looking for someone who:

Has General Manager experience in a quality pub or hospitality venue.Leads from the floor and loves developing people.Is commercially minded with a proven track record of delivering results.Has a genuine passion for pubs, food, drink and great hospitality.Thrives in a busy, community-led environment.
