Nursery Manager

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to support our client’s nursery in Marlow! Set in a beautiful building, this medium sized nursery is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to support on a fixed term contract.

The Role:

As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery. You will maintain the high standards of the nursery, delivering quality care in line with the EYFS framework. You will lead a dedicated team to further grow and develop

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily operations of the nursery Oversee and support a wonderful team of Early Years Professionals Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and education Oversee curriculum planning and the tracking of children’s development Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

About You:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification Experience as a Nursery Manager is desirable (Deputy experience will be considered) Expert knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework Excellent communicator Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
