We're partnered with a franchisee Quick Service restaurant brand looking for a General Manager to lead one of their high-performing locations in Rolla, Missouri.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, creating a positive team culture, and delivering consistent operational excellence. The role is paid hourly, averaging 50 hours per week, with monthly bonus opportunities.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the operation, leads from the front, and takes pride in building successful teams and operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading all day-to-day restaurant operationsRecruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing teamDriving guest satisfaction through exceptional service and operational consistencyManaging scheduling, labour, food costs, inventory, and daily financial performanceEnsuring food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintainedMonitoring operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Previous General Manager experience within a Quick Service restaurantHands-on experience working with fryer-based operations is requiredProven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teamsStrong operational and financial understanding of restaurant managementPassion for hospitality, consistency, and creating a great workplace culture
