Build positive, trusting relationships Support daily routines, education & activities Encourage independence and life skills Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour Work with families and professionals Safeguard and protect young people at all times

What We’re Looking For

Caring, patient, and resilient individuals Full UK Driving Licence Experience of working in Social Care ideal but other backgrounds are welcome Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible to work shifts (including evenings/weekends/sleep-ins)

Experience in care or relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3) are desirable but not essential—full training provided.
