This highly passionate business who have been established since the 1960’s are expanding their team and now have a key sales position for a UK Business Development Manager / National Account Manager.


The goal of this sales role is simple! As National Business Development Manager / National Account Manager you will use your skill and experience to influence large multinationals to buy and use the company’s specialist range of equipment.
The types of companies you will look to engage with are from multiple sectors to include Automotive, Agricultural, Rail, Transport / HGV fleets and national breakdown services, Yellow Goods, Materials Handling, Engineering and Manufacturing etc.

Salary Circa £55K to £65K plus bonus (Up to £15K), Company Car (Tesla Model 3 or equivalent) pension, 25 days hols (plus bank hols 32 days total)
Location: ideally West Midlands / Central Belt – Coventry, Rugby, Birmingham, Stoke, Derby, Nottingham, Oxford
Role / Person:

You will need to be an experienced UK Business Development Manager / National Account Manager.
Experienced at engaging, influencing and negotiating at senior management / board level.
Need to be tenacious and not scared to knock on doors and overcome objections.
Self-managing, proactive and highly organised.
Being technically minded with a hands-on approach will be an advantage.
To understand your competition and be able produce confident counter offers.
Understand and able to work with and utilise large distribution networks.
