Support hiring managers in understanding role requirements and recruitment activity Assist with attraction campaigns, including early careers and outreach initiatives Support candidate sourcing using job boards, social media, and internal systems Assist with screening applications against role requirements and shortlisting candidates Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data on recruitment systems Use data and reports to support recruitment activity and identify trends Ensure recruitment processes are followed in line with policies and data protection requirements Ability to handle sensitive information with care, maintaining confidentiality at all times Provide general administrative support across recruitment activities Provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders Communicate effectively with candidates, colleagues, and external partners Support and collaborate with colleagues to achieve recruitment outcomes Identify and act on opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience Stay updated with business needs and recruitment market trends. Training:
Bi-weekly tutor-led online sessions, with support from a workplace assessor.
