GROUP HR ADVISOR – WINSFORD - £32,000 - £38,000 SUBJECT TO EXPERIENCE & BENEFITS

We are working with a fantastic Winsford based company who are looking to recruit a Group HR Advisor. If you are a CIPD qualified HR professional who wants to work for a company that year on year has continued to grow, then this could be the perfect role for you. The successful candidate will support the company’s HR Function in line with all business requirements. Covering many different aspects of the HR sector this is a very hands-on role with a variety of duties and responsibilities.

GROUP HR ADVISOR JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Managing Director you will oversee the smooth running of the HR department to ensure the business complies with the latest employment law legislation and best practice.

GROUP HR ADVISOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be the first point of contact for HR issues across 5 regional offices to provide a comprehensive HR service travelling to the regional offices regularlyEnsuring adherence to employment law and advising line managers on policies and proceduresSupporting managers with complete end to end recruitment process including Company induction for new starters ensuring all log-ins/equipment is ready for start datePrepare all Offer letters and Contracts of EmploymentHandling employee relation matters including, but not limited to disciplinary investigations, grievance, absence, performance management and exit interviewsAdvise on all GDPR mattersResearch, organise and deliver training resources and establish a new apprenticeship programmeAdditional HR related duties as and when required.

GROUP HR ADVISOR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive experience in a HR environmentMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the UKStrong employment law knowledgeRelationship building skillsApproachablePractical and solutions focussedProblem solverHave a sensible approach to issuesQualified to CIPD Level 5 or aboveBe able to travel to the different sites based in North West, Midlands and the South

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm£32,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience20 days holiday plus bank holidaysHealth and well being programmeChristmas shutdownOnsite parking
