We're partnering with an expanding healthcare catering provider to appoint an experienced Director of Operations to lead a large-scale, multi-site catering operation in Bahrain.

We're looking for someone who has:

Extensive senior leadership experience within healthcare, hospital, institutional or contract catering.A proven track record managing large, multi-site catering operations.Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for budgets, P&L, and operational performance.Experience leading large, diverse teams and developing high-performing operational cultures.Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, HACCP, and healthcare compliance standards.The ability to build strong client relationships while consistently delivering service excellence.A continuous improvement mindset with experience implementing operational efficiencies and best practices.
