Contracts Manager

A leading architectural metalwork fabricator is currently looking for a permanent Contracts Manager to oversee 2–3 architectural metalwork sites, managing projects worth £200,000–£300,000, in Bristol.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum + package (company vehicle from the yard)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday, occasional weekend work may be required)
Duties:

Managing 2–3 architectural metalwork sites concurrently Overseeing projects across Bristol, Bath and Cardiff Responsible for packages/site values of £200,000–£300,000

Parking: Available on site
