What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and growing a cold desk within the industrial recruitment sector

Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

Taking job briefs, advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

Attending client meetings and site visits to develop deeper partnerships

Meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

Ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years’ experience in industrial recruitment (temporary or permanent desks)

Proven ability to develop business and manage client accounts

A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Full UK driving license (preferred)
