We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Duty Manager to join one of London’s most exciting luxury hospitality venues, it’s a fun site to work in — a high-end club-bar and restaurant elevated dining, signature cocktails, and a premium social experience.  This is not just a venue — it's an immersive destination, designed for discerning guests who expect excellence at every touchpoint. We're looking for an experienced and driven individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a track record in London’s top-tier, high-volume hospitality venues.  

  

About the Role  

As Senior Duty Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to uphold and elevate operational standards, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, luxurious, and memorable. You will be the face of the venue, inspiring your team with your energy, presence, and passion for impeccable service.  

  

Key Responsibilities  

Drive sales and revenue across all areas of the business   Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements   Inspire, train, and develop both new and existing team members   Support day-to-day FOH and BOH operations with precision and finesse   Deliver thorough and timely due diligence   Lead impactful shift briefings to align and energise the team   Maintain the venue’s elite reputation through service excellence and attention to detail  

  

About You  

Experience in a high-volume, premium bar, restaurant or lifestyle venue in London (ideally as a Floor Manager or Deputy Manager)   A natural leader who thrives on the floor, with a confident, service-led approach   Passionate about hospitality, detail-obsessed, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences   Hands-on, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure   Commercially astute with a genuine enthusiasm for food, drink, and nightlife
