100-cover branded grill restaurantMenu: Smoked meats, Cajun spices, and hearty sidesGrowing group with 7 sites across London

The Ideal Chef de Partie:

2+ years in high-volume kitchens (branded or independent)Strong section skills (grill experience preferred)Stable career history, UK-basedPassion for bold flavours and teamwork
