Marketing Apprentice
Marketing Campaigns and Advertising:
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across the Grand Theatre’s programme, assisting with campaign administration, content creation and asset management To manage the venues digital advertising systems, ensuring content is current, accurate, and scheduled appropriately across all screens and digital displays To assist with the implementation of outdoor advertising campaigns, including the coordination of artwork, copy deadlines and media schedules To take ownership of regular marketing commitments, including What’s On advertising, house programmes, venue signage, and other recurring marketing activityDigital Marketing and Online Prescence:
To take ownership of the Grand Theatre website, ensuring show listings, event information and other content are accurate, up to date and published in a timely manner To assist with social media activity, including content scheduling, content creation and campaign support across relevant platforms To collate and organise digital assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring artwork, copy and supporting materials are stored and shared effectivelyContent Creation and Publications:
To collate , proof and prepare content for in-house publications To liaise with visiting companies, producers, media partners and suppliers to obtain marketing materials and campaign informationInventory and Marketing Resources Management:
To monitor and manage print stock levels, including brochures, flyers, posters and other marketing materials To manage print inventory around the building ensuring everything displayed is current and accurate To facilitate regular stock reports for external stakeholdersStakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
To attend departmental meetings, training sessions and theatre events as required, contributing positively to the work and marketing team To support email marketing activity through Spektrix and Digital, assisting with the creation and scheduling of customer communications Participate in departmental activities and contribute to wider organisational objectivesThe successful candidate should undertake these duties in compliance with company policies.
Training:
1 college day a week The rest of the training will take place within the workplace
Training Outcome:
Fixed term contract with the Grand Wolverhampton, the apprentice will be able to take these transferable skills gained into their next venture into the relevant field i.e. Business Administration / Marketing

Working Hours :
37.5 hours per week structured somewhere within the core hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm
