CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering Devon & Cornwall, working on a large retail contract.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and/or HVAC & have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and live in the Devon or Cornwall regions but applications from all areas are welcome.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000, depending on experience, with a potential route into further career progression.

Monday to Friday8:00 am to 17:00 pmPackage

You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of propertiesSelf-delivery of smaller installationsCover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipmentOrder and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.Reactive and planned commercial maintenanceProviding high level of customer service and building strong relationshipRequirements
