Apprentice Business administrator
Management and distribution of incoming and outgoing post
Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and following up where required
Greeting visitors to the office in a professional manner
Operating our internal Business Management System (Full training will be provided)
Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format
Assist with production of client engagement documents
Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office
Diary management
Raise invoices/statements and assist with credit control process Assistance with marketing; to include, events, campaigns, website, social media accountsTraining:
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
Training Outcome:
To take one area of the role and sepcialise in this (such as marketing) Alternatively transfer to the professional staff to commence that pathway
