We are partnering with an expanding organisation within the FM & healthcare support services sector to appoint an exceptional Director of Operations.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role for an accomplished operations professional with a proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-site service operations. The successful individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, client satisfaction and strategic growth across a significant portfolio.

We're looking for a leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a hands-on operational approach and has extensive experience within healthcare catering, facilities management, environmental services, hospitality, or integrated support services.

Key requirements:

Significant senior leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-site operationsStrong commercial capability, including full P&L accountability and budget management.Experience leading sizeable operational teams through senior management structures.A proven ability to build trusted client partnerships and manage complex stakeholder relationships.Strong knowledge of operational governance, compliance, quality standards and HSE.A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement.
