Salary up to £95,000 per annum
We are looking for a Head Chef to manage the kitchen operations of this High-End brasserie in London
This is a multi-award-winning restaurant, showcasing the finest Mediterranean produce, with a volume of 500 covers per day
Things you will be doing as the Head Chef:
Responsible for menus development
Responsible for the day-to-day kitchen management
Develop and grow the team through leadership and coaching
Ensure food standards are maintained
Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen
You will be a great fit if you:
Have experience as a Head Chef with high-end restaurants
Have experience with high-volume restaurants
Have great leadership skills and are an approachable person
Are great at thinking "outside the box", being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas
Are organised and have great time management skills
Have excellent communication skills
