Residential Conveyancer

You will be working in a successful, specialist team to provide advice on a broad spectrum of Property matters, such as:

Freeholds and leaseholds
Sales & purchases
Re-mortgage cases
Transfers of equity
Right to buy
Shared ownership schemes
Lease extensions
Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders


The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years PQE, has excellent client care, organisational and communication skills, can prioritise their time effectively and is able to confidently support more junior members of the team.
