QA Tester Apprentice
Design, write, and execute test cases and test scripts across functional and non-functional requirements
Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring clear and reproducible documentation
Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) via Microsoft Teams
Use Microsoft Office 365 to document test plans, reports, and communicate findings with stakeholders
Support regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks
Maintain organised and up-to-date test documentation in line with project governance standards
Training:
Software Developer Level 4.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme.
