Account Director

As an Account Director, you'll play a key role in delivering media results for your clients and lead your team to success. With 5-10 years of experience and a B.A. in Public Relations or a related field, you'll have a strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications. You're an excellent communicator, a detail-oriented problem solver, and an enthusiastic team player.

Here's what you'll be doing:Lead the Charge: Take the lead in delivering media results for your clients and mentor junior staff.Master the Craft: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the PR industry and your client's business.Be the Boss: Manage financial operations and be the day-to-day client contact.Write the Script: Write strategic client documents and presentations.Be the Champion: Ensure your team is motivated and engaged.New Business Opportunities: Seek new business opportunities and present new ideas to senior managers.
Here are the skills you'll need:Experience: 5-10 years in the PR industry.Education: B.A. in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.Passion: Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications.Technical Skills: Adept in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).Quality Assurance: Eye for detail and ensuring quality deliverables.Proactivity: Eager to actively participate in agency-wide events and activities.
