SEN Teaching Assistant
Teach South Sussex is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a number of Primary and Secondary SEN schools in the Worthing area from September 2026.
We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who have experience supporting children and young people with additional learning needs. These roles are ideal for candidates who are patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships with pupils who may require extra support with communication, learning, behaviour, or emotional regulation.

Successful candidates will have:
Previous experience working with pupils with SEN / additional needs (school, care, youth work, or similar settings)A calm, empathetic, and nurturing approachGood communication and teamwork skillsAn understanding of the importance of consistency and positive behaviour supportA willingness to work across different specialist provisions in the Worthing area
