L2 Joinery and Carpentry Apprenticeship
Assist with the manufacture and assembly of timber components used in modular buildings
Learn to use hand tools, power tools and machinery safely and correctly
Support cutting, shaping, assembling and finishing of joinery products
Follow technical drawings, instructions and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures
Attend college and training sessions as required and complete all coursework and assessments
Demonstrate continuous improvement in skills, knowledge and workmanship
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the manufacturing operation
Training:
Gain a Level 2 qualification in Joinery & Carpentry through an external apprenticeship training provider
Work 4 days per week on site and attend college or training provider premises 1 day per week
Follow a structured internal training programme designed by experts in the modular construction industry
Progress from entry level to semi-skilled, and ultimately to fully skilled status with the right attitude and motivation throughout your career.
Training Outcome:
This apprenticeship offers clear progression opportunities within Premier Modular, supported by the Premier Modular Academy and Team. Successful apprentices can progress into semi-skilled and fully skilled joinery roles, with further development opportunities available across the wider manufacturing and construction teams.

This apprenticeship is designed for individuals with no previous experience who are motivated to learn a skilled trade and progress within joinery and modular construction.
