Junior Sous Chef Pastry5* LUXURY HOTEL - £42,000 per annum – Oxford Circus• Junior Sous Pastry Chef.• ZERO tolerance to anti-social behaviour – verbal or physical.• 5* luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, banqueting + afternoon tea + chocolate work• 80 covers in the restaurant, 100+ afternoon tea• European cuisine with an American influence.• Brigade of 8 pastry chefs.• Oxford Circus / Bond Street – 5/10-minute walk• £42,000 (this includes service charge)!• 50 hours per week, 2 double shifts and 3 singles.• In-house training provided, working under the guidance of Michelin starred exec chef!• Always catch your last train home if working an evening shift, latest finish is 11pm.• Static Rota – 3 months in advance so you can plan your days off• A chance to be part of a team that is looking to achieve a Michelin star.WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?• A Junior Sous Chef Pastry who is highly passionate and who is looking to work within one of the finest hotels in London.• A highly driven Junior Sous Chef Pastry with previous experience working within luxury hotels or award-winning restaurants is essential.• A Junior Sous Chef Pastry with good leadership skills and a natural ability to train and develop juniors within the pastry kitchen.
