I'm working with one of the UK's best-known hospitality brands on the search for an Operations Director to join the executive leadership team during an exciting period of growth and evolution.

This is a business with a strong heritage, an established national estate and ambitious plans for the future. They are looking for an experienced operational leader who can balance strategy with execution, build high-performing teams and create a culture of accountability, consistency and commercial excellence across a multi-site operation.

This is a genuine executive-level opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

The role will include:

Leading and developing a senior multi-site operations team.Driving commercial performance across a national estate.Taking full ownership of operational KPIs, P&L, labour and profitability.Embedding operational excellence, consistency and best practice.Improving customer experience and operational standards.Partnering with multiple support functions to deliver business strategy.Developing future leaders and strengthening succession planning.Supporting business transformation and future growth initiatives.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have:

Significant senior leadership experience within branded multi-site hospitality.A strong commercial background with full P&L accountability.Experience leading large, geographically dispersed operational teams.A proven track record of improving performance, standards and profitability.Experience delivering change, transformation or business growth.A hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at executive level.
