We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded General Manager to lead a vibrant operation featuring a busy pub, sophisticated bar and excellent restaurant.

The role

As General Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the venue’s day-to-day success. You’ll inspire your team, maintain excellent standards and drive the business forward.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and developing the management and front-of-house teamsDelivering consistently excellent hospitalityDriving sales, profitability and local engagementManaging budgets, labour costs, stock and operational performanceMaintaining high standards across food, drink, service and presentationRecruiting, training and retaining a first-class teamEnsuring full compliance with licensing, health and safety requirements

About you

You’ll be a confident and energetic hospitality leader with:Previous experience managing a high-volume pub, bar or restaurantStrong commercial and financial awarenessA genuine passion for food, drink and memorable serviceExcellent people-management and communication skillsThe ability to lead from the floor and set the standardA proactive, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
