Teaching Assistant Apprentice Level 3

You will support the delivery of high-quality, adapted learning activities, working closely with teachers and the SENDCo to help pupils achieve their full potential.

Main duties will include:

Supporting and supervising identified pupils, including those with SEND Encourage positive relationships and co-operative learning Promoting independence, resilience and confidence Recognising, celebrating and rewarding achievement Providing individual and small-group support to enable access to learning Supporting the implementation and review of Inclusion Plans Promoting the inclusion, participation and success of all pupils Maintaining high expectations for learning, behaviour and personal development Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and achievements Supporting pupils' social, emotional and well-being needs

Training:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, delivered by United Apprenticeships The apprentice will complete training on the job, including remote CPD sessions (a minimum of 6.5 hours per week during normal working hours) and two national face to face conferences

Training Outcome:
You will be qualified as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant which could lead to a HLTA role, teacher training and full teaching role

Monday- Friday, 8am- 4pm. Term time only.
