L4 AI & Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship
Work with colleagues across the business to map how current processes and workflows actually operate, documenting the steps, systems and data involved
Identify opportunities where AI or automation could reduce manual effort, remove duplication, improve accuracy or speed up turnaround times
Assess whether an automation idea is viable, considering data quality, process maturity, cost and any risks or unintended consequences
Build and configure automated workflows using low-code and no-code tools such as GoHighLevel
Use AI tools to support tasks such as drafting content, summarising information, extracting data from documents and handling routine queries
Test solutions before they go live, troubleshoot issues and refine them based on user feedback and performance data
Monitor live automations, resolve faults, and report on the time, cost or accuracy benefits delivered
Create clear documentation, process maps and user guides so solutions can be maintained and handed over
Support colleagues to adopt new tools, including delivering informal training and answering questions from non-technical users
Work with IT, external suppliers, and technical colleagues on integrations and anything that goes beyond low-code platforms
Follow data protection, information security and organisational policies at all times, handling confidential information appropriately
Consider the ethical and workforce impacts of any solution, raising concerns where automation could affect people's roles or create bias
Contribute ideas at team meetings and present the outcomes of your projects to colleagues and managers
Complete general administrative duties and off-the-job training activity in support of your apprenticeship
