Data Business Systems Analyst Apprentice

Provide first-line support for business systems, investigating issues and escalating where appropriate. Assist with the administration, maintenance and testing of our ERP system. Use SQL to support data analysis, troubleshoot issues and improve data quality. Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation using tools such as Power Automate, Python and AI. Monitor and support system integrations, assisting with testing and implementation. Support business systems projects, including upgrades, testing, documentation and user acceptance testing. Gather user requirements and contribute to the development of in-house applications. Maintain system documentation and help deliver user training and guidance.
